I am using LO Draw Version: 4.3.5.2 in Xubuntu, and looking for a toolbox like in Windows Irfanview to trim images. Some of Irfanview tools are available but haven’t found a trimming tool.
No, there is no dedicated toolbox, but you have tools in the Image toolbar, in the context menu and in the Format menu.
What do you mean by “trimming tool”? To crop an image use the scissors tool from the Image toolbar, which provides handles, or use the ‘Crop Image’ tool from the Format menu, which gives you a dialog with some more features.
