I would like to know if one of your program, LibreOffice Calc support unicode text after saving a spreadsheet file. If yes, then tell me how please.

yes - use U+<Unicode> followed by ALT+X (or ALT+C in some locales) to insert a UNICODE character into a cell.
Please note: Not all fonts support all UNICODE characters
