Does Libreoffice writer 6.1 support speech recognition?

I have MS Windows 10 and Writer 6.1. I have MS (=microsoft) corona speech recognition program on my laptop. Does Libre office writter program recognize this speech program? That is, where I can talk to Corona and it dictates/writes it for me. And\or another speech program that does the same with the writer program?
