Does newest Writer work with Dragon 13 in Windows?

I would like to know if the latest version of Writer is compatible with Dragon 13 on a Windows PC.

Thank you for the reply but I don’t think a post from 2012 is very relevant, I looked at the other answer before I posted my question because I had hoped there was a fix or a solution to the issues.
