Download the latest prerelease 24.2.0.0.beta1 for windows on arm (AARCH64)

Hello, this is a site feedback for
www.libreoffice.org/download/download-libreoffice” if you want to
download the latest prerelease 24.2.0.0.beta1 for windows on arm (AARCH64)

Why is the download not officially listed?

I downloaded it from
https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/pre-releases/win/aarch64/
and it is running fine.

Regards, Marc

Not about this site, so changed to English category.

Because it hasn’t completed all the testing yet to ensure it is ok for release.

You can see the expected dates for release here, ReleasePlan - The Document Foundation Wiki

Thanks for the link to the ReleasePlan.
But that is a strange justification. The purpose of a beta version is precisely to get the public on board for testing, isn’t it?

Is there a test list that has to be completed before the beta version can be linked for the public? I would like to help.

It crashes every time I start an existing (odt) document. And when I open a new document, it lags a lot.
I’m on Windows 11, on Surface Pro X.

This isn’t the place to report bugs.

If you’re using a pre release version and you are having problems with it, you should report it on bugzilla, How to Report Bugs in LibreOffice - The Document Foundation Wiki

Hello @linuxo
hopefully you are not working with the prerelease from January.
Please update to the stable version 24.2.3/win/aarch64

And yes - these stable versions are still not linked to the official download page. Please give feedback for bugs
