Each time I try to download I get a "Forbidden" error. Any thoughts?

I am brand new to LibreOffice and am trying to install it for the first time. In Chrome, Firefox, and Explorer I am taken to a new page whenever the download is supposed to start and I am given the following error message:

You don’t have permission to access /tdf/libreoffice/stable/4.0.3/win/x86/LibreOffice_4.0.3_Win_x86.msi on this server.

I don’t know how to go about downloading and any help would be greatly appreciated!
I have Windows 7, and I’m trying to download the most recent English version if that helps.

I’m getting the same error when I try to download the Windows version of LO 4.0.3:

From this url:

And this mirror:

• http://mirror.clarkson.edu/tdf/libreoffice/stable/4.0.3/win/x86/LibreOffice_4.0.3_Win_x86.msi

Let me see if it’s just that mirror, or something bigger…

Update: Sounds like the Clarkson.edu mirror is currently having technical difficulties, please try this mirror instead:
