Easiest Way to Back Up / Share Autocorrect Data

I’m wondering what the best way is to back up my autocorrect data and potentially share it with others. I’ve created it all within: English (USA).

Addition to robleyd’s reply: Look for files with .bau endings/suffixes in your user profile.
