easy auctions tracker macro issues

I have been using “easy auctions tracker” software with Excel, for tracking ebay sales. I wanted to run it in LibreOffice.

It seems to do the initial loading fine, as easy auctions show the proper starter instructions on my LibreOffice spreadsheet. It asked for me to enable macros. I “think” I have that accomplished, but not sure. When I click the “Create Auth Token” button on my spreadsheet to start easy auctions, another window pops up with “BASIC syntax error. If not allowed outside a procedure” and yet another window with, “You are editing a VBA macro. Changes can be saved only in OpenDocument Format”.

Is it not possible to run the ebay accounting software on LibreOffice, or is there a way to do it?

Ciao, StarBasic used in Base is not full compatible with VBA of Excel: see page 32 of Pitonyak manual: http://www.pitonyak.org/OOME_3_0.pdf
