Edited Cells highlighted in red and sort options greyed out

All edits I have made today have highlighted the cells in red and I cant select all the data and sort it
What have I turned on
I cant go back to a previous version

First of all, turn off Record - press Ctrl+Shift+C or select from the menu:

Remember that Ctrl+Shift+C enables this mode and be careful with this hotkey. Or just remove this hotkey:
