Embedded fonts do not display when I open adobe PDF in libredraw (portable version on windows).

So I have PDFs created with embedded fonts from adobe, however when I open them in libreoffice draw there is no text, the fonts do not display. How do I get the embedded fonts to display so I may edit the document?
