Employee Scheduling Template

I am looking for an employee scheduling template for a small (less than 10 employees) construction contractor. If anyone knows of any available, I would appreciate it! Thank you!

Getting hours correct is difficult on spreadsheets…double check things. The template probably works on hour “blocks,” but for anything time-based that you add/change, make sure you use date-time stamps, not just time stamps.

Also, consider adjusting things beforehand depending on if you pay weekly, biweekly, or monthly, so you can avoid “silly” overtime where you could have just scheduled a little differently and avoided it. Be sure to adjust for your week cycle if it isn’t the template default (such as start on Sunday). Even if these adjustments are just visual queues (formatting), it makes a real difference in use.

You might also consider asking your payroll preparer if you have an accounting firm do that for you.
