Large Figures often only partially on a page.

Hyperlinks: Is there any way to retain functionality of these or at least display more than just Heading Level 1 chapters. My document has 4 levels and being able to flick between sections via the ToC (anyway to retain it’s hyperlink function?) is pretty essential.

Tables: These are ‘scattered’ in epub. I take it there is no way to present a wide and/ or long table? It almost seems that they need to be embedded as a figure. And the problem with large figures is that the ebook doesn’t permit adequate Zoom to make them easily readable.
BTW, fixed epub setting of course keeps the layout as needed, but it is far too small to read.
