I already tried the command line suggested for error 1335 in command prompt, msiexec /i LibO_3.5.4_Win_x86_install_multi.msi VC_REDIST=0, changed the 3.5.4 to 4.1.0, and all that came up was a message that the windows installer could not access the package and wanted me to check to make sure it existed. I’m stumped.
