Error in registry during installation

I get an error in the registry while installing LibreOffice portable onto a pendrive (Windows 7 environment on PC) and the installation gets blocked.
The following message is dispalyed:
Extract: error writing to file registry_sk.xcd
Also the system blocked 2 trojans, I had d/l’d the file from one of the mirrors provided on the website (http://ftp.rediris.es/mirror/TDF/libreoffice/portable/3.6.2/LibreOfficePortable_3.6.2_MultilingualAll.paf.exe (es, prio 100) )

Also when I click on removing extra languages nothing happens, doesnt ask which languages to be removed etc. nor do the MB required for the installation decrease.
Now I will try an installation without the extra languages removal option as selected, lets see what happens.
What gives?

this is the link from where i got the exe
