When I downloaded V 6.02 I got the following message:
“This program can’t start because api-ms-win_crt-runtime-I1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.” I tried that but it didn’t work
I deleted version 6.02 and reinstalled the older version, 5.4, and that seems to be working. I don’t know how to fix the problem with version 6.02
The standard fix is to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Update 3. Be warned that it may alternatively mean that your winOS has become corrupted & needs to be re-installed.
