My system is centos 5.9 i386

I downloaded and installed separately official versions 3.6.6 and 4.0.4.

Run the command:
soffice - headless - convert-to xlsx: “Calc MS Excel 2007 XML” microsoft-excel.xls

The result is:
convert / home / public_html / microsoft-excel.xls → / home / public_html / microsoft-excel.xlsx using Calc MS Excel 2007 XML
Error: Please reverify input parameters …

This is a format that does not mean this error, as well as, PDF, html, txt, and so on. Just run the above code is wrong.

I also tried your upcoming releases version, LibreOffice 3.6.7 RC2 (2013-07-11) and LibreOffice 4.1.0 RC2 (2013-07-07). Will appear this error.

I am not sure if I understand you well.

I assume you have an ods-file and want to convert it to xlsx.

Why do you convert instead of opening and saveing in xlsx format? If this is a solution for you, you have at least a workaround.

Thank you for your reply, but I’m a lot of documentation. Want to command mode conversion. So fast and easy. Please help.
