the message below appear on my screen when I want to install the following addons
APSO - Alternative Script Organizer for Python
Numbertext & moneyText

When I try to enable the addon manually, I got the message below

You do not state which version of APSO, which version of LO or the OS your are using. Trying to give an answer without some key information is just a guessing game. Please provide info!
Previously had installed APSO v1.1.2 on LO v5.x. x64 on Windows 7 x64.
Installed and worked fine.
Just now installed APSO v1.1.4 over v1.1.2 on LO v6.0.4.2 x64 on Windows 7 x64.
Installed fine.
Still working fine.

I’m using WinXP 32bits and the LO version is 5.4.7.
Actually, both APSO and Numbertext extension having the same problem.
I’ve try to installed the older version 1.1.2. The error below show up
“Failed to register package for vnd.sun.star.expand:$UNO_USER_PACKAGES_CACHE/uno_packages/lu4264f6id8.tmp_/apso.oxt/python/pythonpath”
Perhaps install older LO version may help, as what I remember the Numbertext extension worked perfectly on ver 5
I’ve reinstall the LO to the earlier version, the version that I’ve installed was 5.1.0.3.
The both extension work perfectly again.
this extension may be not compatible in your version of LibreOffice. Check it on old version
write to author of extension about your problem
@kompilainenn Please do not pollute answers using assumptions. Ask for clarifications. And mostly do not 2. ruin other open sources.
Why need me assumptions if man has specific error. About this error he should write to author of extension.
