I just updated LibreOffice, and I get this every time I try to install the report builder update.

Which version of LO and what is your operating system?

I have marked your question up so you should be able to comment beneath here now. When you say “installing extension Report Builder” do you mean installing LO (and it fails when it gets to this extension) or are you trying to install a separate extension? The Report Builder extension is bundled with LO: http://www.libreoffice.org/features/extensions/

libreffice 4.0 on Windows 7 with all updates current.
