Hands, I can do the following: Open Calc
Select R1C1 Formula syntax (Tools → Options → LibreOffice Calc → Formula → Formula options → Formula syntax → Excel R1C1 → OK) - How i can do this from my program (throw COM)?

As @kohei mentioned above, I’m still not sure what you’re trying to do. Are you trying to set the configuration of the Formula syntax (R1C1) via the COM interface?
Why do you need to set the formula syntax in this fashion? Is it possible that there’s another way to set this value?
