Export directly to pdf default settings.

I am having trouble finding how to set the default settings for the export directly to pdf button. I would like it to export only the print range set in the document. Also I would like this setting to carry over to all documents and not be specific to just one.

Thanks for any help.

I think the easy way is to add the icon

it shows directly the export dialog, with a couple of clicks it is done.

That is a step in the right direction. I feel like it should be possible to just modify the default setting for the export directly as pdf button. I could swear that I have done so in the past. I just can’t seem to find out how this time.

Most of the options marked in the ‘export as PDF’ are used when exporting directly, but not for any of the selections in the range to be exported.
