Export to svg produces only an image in inkscape?!

Hi there, I export to svg a drawing with about 150 shapes, I get an svg file alright but it contains only an image of the drawing and not the individual shapes. The shapes are not grouped in draw and if I try to ungroup in inkscape it does nothing. Am I doing something wrong?
Inkscape 1.1.2

When you export, you will find the option for a check mark at “Selection” in the dialog.
If you do not check the box, the whole slide will be exported.
If you have set the checkmark and several objects are selected, they will be exported as one object.
You can choose Break to open.

I found that is needed to Ungroup at least five times to reach the ungroup level desired (Inkscape 1.2.1).

LibreOffice 7.3.7.2.

EDIT: And it is not the best idea to copy in Draw and paste in Inkscape. It’s better to export in Draw and open in Inkscape.

I need to try the X times ungroup. Thanks

Yes I guess I was selecting things first which causes the pb.
