Not sure where to give some feedback on the updated ‘Extensions’ site.
Many descriptions are blurry? I’m not computer savvy but thought it might be worth mentioning.

Yes, it looks pretty bad, well spotted, but the reference card itself is readable alright. You can find clues about where to report this at Category:Infrastructure - The Document Foundation Wiki, which looks intimidating enough. You will probably have to file a ticket at Overview - Infrastructure - The Document Foundation Redmine.

It is only a thumbnail that has been expanded. The same image can be seen at Macro Guides | LibreOffice Documentation - LibreOffice User Guides
It isn’t the download, it is only to show the layout of what you would get if you downloaded it. Not everyone has a fast connection.
