"Fatal Error" "Given module is not a frame nor a window, controller or model."

With the “Start Centre” closed, i.e., no no LibreOffice window open and just the “File” menu available, I get this error when I select “From Template… ⌘R”. Repeats every time. Cannot find an error log with any entry even though LibreOffice crashes/closes each time. All other menu options work. Rebooting doesn’t help.

Running a iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017), 3.4 GHz Intel Core i5 CPU and 32 GB memory with High Sierra 10.13.6.

This is low priority!
