Get the text document “Macro to activate the Presenter Screen in single monitor set-up” from 121873 – Integrate the Presenter Screen. The document seems to be empty, but it contains a macro, so you need to enable macro execution.

Run the macro “PresenterScreen_StartAlways”. It toggles between presenter screen and normal screen. So after first start of the macro, you will get the presenter screen, when you run the presentation. And after second start of the macro, you will get the normal screen, when you run the presentation.

The text document is only for carrying the macros. You can copy the module to your standard Basic macro library and assign a shortcut key to the macro “PresenterScreen_StartAlways”, or insert a menu item for it. Macros are at the bottom of the “Category” list in part “Add” in the Toolbar tab or in the “Keybord” tab of the Customize dialog.

The macro run well, but after it’s not possible to return to state before: I insert a menu item, and when I push into the presenter console not read the other monitor or continue to view only the presenter console in two monitor!
