[Feature Request] - Calc - expand update links time schedule capability

Currently in Calc links to external data can only be jupdated on a user specified but fixed interval
I would like to be able to specify a more complex update schedule, between two times of day for example.
e.g Update every 15 minutes form 6:30am to 1pm but do not update at all between 1pm and 6:30am and do not upate at all on Saturday or Sunday (same schedule as NYSE but adjusted for PST time)
