File-Export As-Export as PDF - How to create shortcut?

Hello,

I wanted to create a shortcut to the menu option file - export as - export as PDF.
This option is present in all LibreOffice components, so I use it in Writer, Calc etc.

But under tools - customise - keyboard I cannot find file and no option to set a shortcut to the above menu string.

Has anyone managed to do this and is there a way?

Unfortunately none of the screenshots are matching what I see. This function just isn’t there in neither of the two categories.
I can only add one attachment, so will send another reply with the other attachment.
Is it possible to add them somehow?

The other attachment…

There is a Search-field directly above Category

Anyway, you can also navigate the Menus via Key-board Alt f … E (assuming you are using English-GUI)

It won’t appear if I insert the search string PDF .
So yes, I can navigate the menues but even easier would be a nice short cut.
Just strange that this function appears in the menu but not in the corresponding settings.

Which Operationg System do you use?
Where do you downloaded LibreOffice and which Version?

Too long ago to remember where I downloaded LO. But it would have been from a Debian repository I assume.
Am using Bodhi, based on Ubuntu Focal (yes yes…it’s old)

what tells ⇒ Help ⇒ About LibreOffice (there is a copy-button right of Version Information

Sorry, could have thought of that of course:

Version: 6.4.7.2 Build ID: 1:6.4.7-0ubuntu0.20.04.15 CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 5.4; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3;
