Hi. I created and saved some files in MS Word. Now when i downloaded the same files on another computer that does not have MS Word installed, the files names have changed. Instead of names they are now named something like: “1_” etc. Maybe the original file names were in another language (Russian). How do i solve this issue?

You’re saving the files using a Russian version / Russian language pack equipped version of Windows.
You’re well served installing comparable Microsoft Windows language packs inside your computer(s) experiencing issues.
The method varies by Windows version, for myself on Windows 8, the options are found inside the Control Panel’s Regional Settings but google is your friend for determining how to inside your specific Windows version.
