Hi,
When I use the Save icon in upper left ribbon, first, I have a difficult time saving. Later, I discover that the file crashed. This happens regularly.
I welcome knowing the fix for this. Thanks.
Hello - you have a problem and are looking for help. That what this site is about, but please understand no one willing to help is able to provide a sound answer without some information about your environment. Thus please provide:
- Operating System (Windows, Linux, macOS) and its version?
- LibreOffice version?
- Storage devices (Local disk, Local fileserver, Cloud, Google Drive; OneDrive)?
- Filenames (esp.: Do they contain spaces; e.g: File Name with Spaces.ods)
- If applicable: Access method to remote directories (NFS, SAMBA, Windows Share)?
- Any save/storage problems using other applications
- Did you already try to reset your user profile?
- Did you try to start LibreOffice in Safe Mode?
