Find all keyword cells and delete the rest of the rows

hi all,

i want to find all the cells named “Pension” keep the rows and delete the rest and when it deletes the rest i want it to delete the blanks so theres no blank cells

does this make sense

“Pension”, OK
Select the filtered area, delete rows.
menu:Data>Filter>Reset
