Drag it by the title up to dock it top or botton, have no sense for this toolbar to left or right.

In my experience the Find bar always remains the first one above the status bar (and thus below other bars e.g. Table, Bullets and Numbering) if it is opened first. The solution could therefore be to set it always displayed?
Otherwise, it is also possible to undock the toolbar…
