I had to reload my W11 and downloaded a fresh install for Libre. After install, everything has an icon except Libre Office and Libre Office Safe Mode; they are just blank I can not seem to find where they are. Currently, the main program is using “C:\Program Files\LibreOffice\program\soffice.exe.”
Any thoughts?

I assume you mean the icons on your desktop, right?
The current icon set can be downloaded at Mimetype Icons Gallery - The Document Foundation Wiki. A screenshot of mine, set to large icons, probably shows the same that you have; it is correct.

Hmmm. I also found a shortcut to an .ods file with the same blank icon, instead of Calc.
For the Libre Office icon, I always thought it looked like it had the Libra logo/name in it, or maybe I just never really noticed until this week.
Maybe I just always assumed it had something more standing out. Guess my OCD is flawed.
