I updated free office so I have the 5.0 but all my chips were changed by other chips that have nothing to do ( 10 ) How to recover my initial chips ?

“Chip”? Do you mean “bullet”? I guess from this strange wording you’re French. Puce in French is bullet in this context. Chip means “electronic component” (puce a aussi le sens de “composant électronique”). Beware of fancy dictionary!
