I’ve noticed this issue over many versions now and I’m wondering if there is a fix.
Fonts look very blurry on my 2019 iMac in Writer.
I’ve seen this issue reported, but have not yet found any fix.
Is this a bug or is there a workaround?

see bug tdf#138122 (blurry_text) - LibreOffice text blurry on Retina displays on macOS 11 and which is fixed for: target:7.2.0 target:7.1.1 target:7.1.0 target:7.1.2
So the only advice, which could be given: Install current 7.1 (as of today: 7.1.3) release and test, whether it really fixes the issue.
