Fonts not remaining bold when exported to PDF or Printed

Hey Fellas,

Version: 7.0.4.2
Build ID: 00(Build:2)
CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 5.18; UI render: default; VCL: x11
Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Debian package version: 1:7.0.4-4+deb11u2
Calc: threaded

The Problem is:

I was writing some documents, using the font Roboto Slab It was going good. But yesterday it was not exporting bold fonts on the PDF or Print (Bold characters appear as normal characters in the output), I also have noticed that it is only happening in Linux, Not in WINDOWS

Please anyone guide me, I have documents to prepare.

Have you checked, if the fonts are installed in your linux.
.
Editing of documents is possible through replacement-fonts, but this would not make them magically appear in a PDF.

Don’t use the variable form of the font. LibreOffice only supports static fonts. Best uninstall or remove the variable font and install or keep the static versions. That should fix problem in existing document
