Footnote Formatting Issue in Writer

When I add footnotes to an arabic-style text in LibreOffice Writer, the paragraph format becomes a mess. Now if add a word to it, It will be corrected automatically but if I save and close the document and then reopen it, I’ll find the paragraph without correct style:

I use ubuntu 13.10 KDE

While there are many open bugs relating to footnotes most relate to DOC/X issues and only one to RTL directionality (fdo#71037) however it appears unrelated. Please file a bug about this issue and provide as much information about the problem as possible. Post a link to any bugs you file in a comment below using the format “fdo#123456”. Thanks.
