Format calculated field in a base query

i am calculating two fields in a base query Rate $25,00 * Hours 2 I get the calculation ok need to format it a Currency

Hello,
You can format query columns in the grid output. Right mouse click on a column header and select Format.

There is a outstanding bug on this → tdf#86315
.
Can always format in a form or report or view.

Thank You for the reply I see that you can format the column but doesnt save the changes, I did make a report and I could format it there so that works ok
