With a blank (new) spreadsheet or document it takes +- 10 secs from the time I click any of the above options, until the appropriate menu appears. FYI: Linux Mint Cinnamon 17 X64 LibreOffice 4.2.8.2 Build 420m0 (Build:2) Dell core I-5 8G Ram ADATA SSD drive I have tried all the tricks such as deleting .config/libreoffice/4/user to no avail. All other L.O. functionality works perfectly. No other programs affected or slow.
Same problem here. Just start using LibreOffice. Have tried bumping up the memory but no effect. Takes about 6 sec for Format Cells to load. Feels like I’m working on an old PC. All other applications load swiftly. Only LO is affected.
