Formatting a non-fiction book

I’m formatting a non-fiction book to submit to CreateSpace.

1. The title page, dedication page, and TOC have no page numbering.
2. The front matter and introduction are numbered at the bottom center of the page with lower-case Roman numerals.
3. Each of the chapters of the book has a header with the book title, the chapter title, and a page number at the upper right. The page numbers should be consecutive from one chapter to another.
   My question: Can I accomplish this with linked files, or must I use Master Document and sub-documents?

I accomplished the task in a single documents using page styles. I defined:
Left Page Title: no header or footer
Right page title: no header or footer (I used r and l pages because the margins are different on right and left pages)
Left page foreword and right page foreword: footer enabled, centered lower-case Roman numerals
For each chapter define right and left page styles, so that the header can contain the chapter title and the page
After all this, I’m more and more impressed with the capabilities of LW. There may be simpler ways to accomplish all this but at least it works.
