Forms disapear in L.O. Base 24.8.2.1 (X86_64)

I have used base of a long time.
Yesterday I tried to create a personal database for my garden.
Tables are working fine but as soon as I try to create a form I start having problems.
It won’t let me create a form in design view.
If I use the wizard everything works fine until I try to save the form, then it disapears.

I’m running:
Version: 24.8.2.1 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 0f794b6e29741098670a3b95d60478a65d05ef13
CPU threads: 2; OS: Windows 11 X86_64 (10.0 build 22631); UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: en-ZA (en_ZA); UI: en-GB
Calc: CL threaded

Working here with the same version of LO, but Linux as system. No problems to create a form.

Try this:
Rename the user folder of LO when LibreOffice is closed (somewhere in appdata). It will be created new with default values. Try to create the form again.
Disappear: Might be it has something to do with rendering. Disable Skia if renaming the user folder of LO won’t work.

This is likely a temporary file/folder permissions issue, which might be worth reporting as a bug.

That has done the trick.
Thank you
