formula condition with text

hello!
Is there possible to insert in B1 a phrase like “I want to visit Madrid” and get result in C1 “Spain”, “I want to visit Rome” and get result in C1 “Italy”?
Must mention that “I want visit Madrid and I want to visit Rome” are filter in calc completed with data validation.

Any chance to make this happen?
I’ve a spreadsheet with some text templates, when I want to select from templates B1 “I want to visit Madrid” and add text to it “I want to visit Madrid on 12th June”, in C1 can remain sticked Spain? Thank you!!!
Hope some can help me.
