Frame on Writer lost position on save

Hi everybody,
I have a this problem using Libreoffice Writer 4.2.2.3. I add some
frames on the document moving them in a particular position and I save
the document. When I reopen the document later, the frame lost the
position that i set before.

How I can prevent this?

That’s too bad. Things which will help:

1. Anchor your items to page (instead of anchoring to paragraph).

2. Use large table instead which has invisible rows where you want whitespace etc. Will work well for such a design.
