Hi.
When I click on a row or a column by itself and do a right click to get a context menu, the menu has ‘freeze columns’.
If I want to freeze both a row, and a column I click on a single cell, but then I can only get ‘freeze columns’ from the menu, and it is not in the context menu when I right click.
Should I report this as a bug or as a request for a feature?

Please report as bug.
Use Tools -> Customize -> Tab: Context and add command Freeze Rows and Columns to Target Cell using the black right arrow.
