Frozen rows no longer show up in sort

I have 1 line (top one) that contains the column name.
This line stays on top when I scroll down.
When I want to sort, the column names do not show up as an option, but rather the data in the 2nd row shows up an an option. Everything sorts great … just kind of annoying.

Row 1 (column names) wasn’t included in range.
