This comes up when I try to duplex print a document using LO. My system in Win 10 with Firefox browser. This is happening (never did in many years of using OL) when I needed to reinstall OL–tried both 6.4.9 and 7.05. My printer is a HP Envy 5660.
I’m sure the problem in not with the printer. Any suggestions?

… and this does not come up, when you try a duplex print with some other application? (From what I found on the net about exception code 0xe06d7363 it seems to be related to Windows 10 - may be sfc /scannow could help)
Reinstall printer software and try.
Belated Reply—Thanks, you folks. I do believe I now have the duplex printing back. I had to reinstall all of the HP software, and that took jumping thru many hoops.
