Are there any possibilities of additions to Base that would produce database driven web apps?
Well, do you mean a connection to MySQL or PostSQL??
That is possible, but a web app seems impossible, at least to me…
Well, to connect to a SQL Database you have to open base 
The LibO database Wizard should appear.
Click on “Connect to an existing database”
Choose format → Next >>
Choose between ODBC and JDBC:

(For ODBC you need a special source, for JDBC Java)
I can’t conzinue with this assistent, because I do not have a SQL database…
Simply ask for help…
