Get page up or down to behave like navigator(F5) page up and down

I would like to get the Navigator (F5) page up and down icon functionality (these work correctly, ie display a full page and move a complete page at a time) to work on my keyboard as page up and down. Currently my page up and down keys move some random amount depending on paragraph lengths or what have you, but I would like them to move one complete page. I get the same effect as a key press from the navigation toolbar, ie random movement.

Alternatively, can I get the page up and down icons from the Navigator (F5) panel, to display in a toolbar…?

You can set this from the menu “Tools”, “Customise…”.

Select the Keyboard tab.

Check that “Writer” is selected at the top right to make the change apply only to writer.

Select Navigate in Category.

Select “To Beginning of Previous Page” in Function.

Select “Page Up” in short cut keys.

Click on Modify to apply the change.

Select Navigate in Category.

Select “To Beginning of Next Page” in Function.

Select “Page Down” in short cut keys.

Click on Modify to apply the change.
