Trying to make a spreadsheet into a url so I can share that on Facebook marketplace for my card list as I can’t just post a file. How do I do this? Spent a few hours on this and so lost now.

Look at an url. It consists of a protocoll like http: or file:, then a location where to find it.
You can use file and put it on a server, but you already wrote “as I can’t just post a file.”, so you ruled this out.
If you have static contents, you may convert a sheet to a html-table, but this will not function like a spreadsheet with formula…

Ok, what you ask is something like “How can I turn my hous into an envelope for mailing?” So the plain answer is you can’t.

What you (or a grown up person) can do: Write an address wich lead grown up or educated people trained by US Postal Service to the place where the house stands.

To share a pdf you may use an URL like this:
http://example.com/file.pdf
But the first “thing” you need is a place, where your file.pdf can be stored an reached from the internet. Ask an adult for the address of this storage, and if you are allowed to publish.

Find a free file sharing site, upload your file there and share the URL that the site will provide to you.
