I talk about the area that holds toolbars and the file menu uses gradient.
is there a way to disable this or revert back or edit resources ?
I use old style theme and it is very distracting when one corner is gray and other is very white. I use win32 version of LibreOffice.

If you’re using a GTK based desktop, export SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk prior to launching LibreOffice, if you’re using QT based one, export SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=kde (you can add it to the LibreOfice launcher script or set it as environment variable in your login-scripts)
