Graphical problem when resizing window with mouse|Windows 10/11

Hi,

I am having this issue which is shown in the picture when using the mouse to change the size of the window.

I have tried changing all of the graphics output under Libreoffice/Option/View/Graphics Output which has not fixed the issue.

Version: 7.1.8.1 (x64) / LibreOffice Community

Forgot to mention. When I boot into Pop!_OS on the other SSD. The issue is none existent.
