Group box in writer not showing options for choices?

Hello!

In Writer, I have activated the Form Control toolbar (View > Toolbars > Form Control)

Then I click the Group Box button and I try to write 2 options for adults and kids, but no wizard is appearing!
What should I do to get the wizard?

I just get dialog box where I can choose the name in the frame line (age).
In the dialog box there are just options: general and event, and that is not wizard I need.

Check whether the Wizards On/Off button on the Forms Control toolbar is deselected.
